What we do

We connect businesses seeking automation with the partners who deliver it.

Automation Labz operates a free 60-second audit that reads any business website, asks a short series of intake questions, and generates a personalized blueprint identifying the highest-ROI automations for that specific business.

The blueprint shows the math, the recommended automations, and the tools that fit. Businesses who decide they want help implementing what we've recommended ask to be matched with a vetted partner. We send that match to one qualified partner exclusively — with the full audit context, intake answers, and recommendations in hand.

What you receive isn't a name and a phone number. It's a business that already knows what they need and is asking specifically for help building it. Your discovery call starts where most discovery calls end.

How it works

From audit to your discovery call.

The path a business takes from running our audit to landing in your discovery call.

Step 01

Business runs the audit

A decision-maker enters their URL and answers structured intake questions. Our audit reads their site, scores their automation maturity, and matches 5 automations from our library to their specific business — with revenue impact ranges for each. The prospect selects 1-4 to move forward with.

Step 02

Blueprint delivered

Personalized PDF blueprint sent to the decision-maker. Includes the audit, the 5 matched automations, ROI math, and tool comparisons. No email gate. No upsell.

Step 03

Decision-maker requests help

Inside the blueprint, those who want implementation help can request a partner match. We route to one qualified partner based on vertical, geography, and capacity.

Step 04

Partner receives the lead

You receive the full audit, intake answers, contact details, and the specific automations recommended. The discovery call is yours alone — no other partner racing you for the same prospect.

What you receive

Every lead arrives with its own context.

Generic leads are a name, email, phone, and a "what are you interested in" dropdown. Our leads include the full context the business has already built with us — so your discovery call starts with shared understanding instead of from zero.

Audit output

Personalized automation blueprint

The full PDF the business received: their automation maturity scoring, identified revenue leaks, the 5 automation matches our system surfaced for their business, and ROI ranges with the actual math behind them.

Intake answers

The decision-maker's self-reported context

Structured intake covering team size, current tooling stack, operational pain points, and timeline. You see what they answered alongside their selected automations — context the prospect built before you ever spoke.

Contact

Verified business details

Name, role, business name, email, phone, website. Verified through audit-time engagement.

Automations selected

What they want automated

Each prospect sees 5 automation matches surfaced for their business and picks 1-4 to move forward with. You receive every automation they selected, with their answers to the questions attached to each one. Discovery call starts already aligned on scope: you know what they want built and why before they pick up the phone.

Lead pricing

Pay per lead. Price scales with fit.

You pay for each lead distributed to you. Pricing is custom per lead — calibrated to the prospect's intent signals, company size, and the specific automations they've selected. A solo operator selecting a single workflow is priced differently than a services business asking for a multi-system build. You see the price before you accept the lead. Pass freely.

Who fits

We work with qualified partners.

We send exclusive leads, so the partner roster is intentional. Strong applications come from agencies and automation consultancies that meet a clear bar.

What we look for

  • Demonstrated automation work for businesses — not strategy decks. Three or more shipped projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on technical capability on the team — at least one person who actually builds, not only sells.
  • Multi-platform expertise. You recommend tools based on customer fit, not vendor loyalty.
  • Operator-grade ethics. You sell what fits the customer, not your highest-margin package.
  • Capacity to respond to leads quickly and run discovery calls with professionalism.
Application process

Application to active partner, in plain steps.

Straightforward review. We respond either way — qualified agencies have options and shouldn't be ghosted.

01

Submission

You complete the partner application — team, shipped work, vertical and geographic focus, current capacity, and references. We confirm receipt manually once the application is reviewed.

02

Review

We evaluate your application against our partner profile — capability evidence, customer fit, and capacity to take on leads. Reference checks happen during this phase.

03

Decision

Accept, hold, or pass — communicated clearly. No "we'll get back to you" loops. If accepted, you receive the partner agreement for review.

04

Partner agreement

Terms reviewed and signed. Standard agency-partner terms covering distribution, expectations, and the operating relationship. We walk through anything that needs clarification before you sign.

05

Active partner

Once the agreement is signed, you're an official partner. Fitting leads start flowing as they qualify through our system — matched against your vertical, geographic, and capacity profile. You see each lead's price before you accept it.

Frequently asked

What partners want to know up front.

What's the typical lead volume per partner?
Volume is calibrated to your stated capacity, vertical focus, and geographic coverage. We're transparent about expected volume during the application review before you commit to anything. Volume scales with audit traffic — we expect it to grow significantly through the first year.
Is exclusivity guaranteed?
Per-lead exclusivity is guaranteed — every lead goes to one partner. Geographic or vertical exclusivity (e.g., "you're our only HVAC partner in Phoenix") is not part of the current program but may be added as the program scales.
What if a lead is unqualified?
If a lead has materially wrong contact info, we make it right within seven days of your notification. Lead engagement (whether the prospect replies, books, converts) is your responsibility — we deliver qualified intent, you convert. Persistent low-engagement patterns trigger a discussion about geographic or vertical filter adjustments.
Can we apply if we're new?
If "new" means under twelve months operating without three or more shipped client projects, not yet. We may add an emerging-partner tier as the program scales. If you have under twelve months but a strong portfolio from prior agency work or clearly demonstrable capability, apply and we'll evaluate case-by-case.
Do we need to be in the U.S.?
U.S.-based partners only at this stage. Our audience is U.S.-focused and local context — regulations, business norms, vertical-specific tooling — matters for delivery quality.
What does the partner agreement look like?
Standard partner agreement, twelve-month term with month-to-month after, thirty-day notice for either party. Covers lead distribution terms, exclusivity, IP handling, and partner conduct standards. DocuSign'd at acceptance.

If this is the kind of distribution you've been looking for, apply.

Fifteen minutes to complete. We respond within 48 hours. No "thanks for your interest" auto-replies that ghost — we tell you yes, no, or here's what's next.
