Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of automationlabz.com and any related services operated by Automation Labz ("Automation Labz," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the Changes section.

The service

Automation Labz provides a free automation diagnostic. You submit your business URL, our system reads what is publicly available on that URL, you answer a short set of qualification questions, and we generate personalized automation blueprints with ROI projections.

After the diagnostic, you can take one of two paths:

• Self-serve. Read your blueprints, optionally download a PDF, and walk away. The blueprints remain free and accessible regardless of whether you engage a partner.
• Expert Match. Opt in to have your audit and selected blueprints shared with one vetted partner agency whose specialty matches your situation. The partner will contact you directly to discuss a potential build engagement.

The service does not require an account or a login. Your audit ID acts as a session token while your audit is active. We are not an automation agency, and we do not directly build automation systems for you. We operate the diagnostic and content layer and refer interested users to vetted partner agencies.

Your representations

By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have authority to submit the URL you enter — meaning you own or operate the business behind that URL, or you have the business's permission to use the service on its behalf.
• Any information you provide is accurate and reasonably current.
• You will not abuse the service, including by attempting to scrape it, automate it beyond intended use, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with its operation.

What the service provides and what it does not

The audit and blueprints are educational and informational. They are designed to help you think clearly about automation opportunities in your business. They are not professional advice.

We are not licensed financial advisors, attorneys, or business consultants. Nothing on the site is intended to substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

ROI projections

The ROI estimates in your blueprints are projections based on industry benchmarks and the information you provide. They are not guarantees. Your actual results will depend on factors including but not limited to deployment quality, team adoption, vendor performance, and changes in your business that are outside our control. Do not rely on the projections as the sole basis for a financial or operational decision.

Tool recommendations

The tools and integrations mentioned in our content reflect our understanding of the SMB SaaS landscape at the time we wrote the content. Tools change. Pricing changes. What is the right recommendation today may not be the right recommendation in twelve months. Validate current capabilities and pricing directly with the vendor before committing.

Partner engagement

If you opt into the Expert Match path and a vetted partner agency contacts you, any engagement you enter with that partner is a direct contract between you and the partner. Automation Labz is not a party to that contract.

We work to vet partners before adding them to our network, but we make no warranties about partner quality, deliverables, timeliness, pricing, communication, or any other aspect of partner performance. Any disputes about scope, payment, deliverables, intellectual property, or any other matter related to a partner engagement are between you and the partner. We are not responsible for resolving those disputes and we are not liable for any partner's acts or omissions.

Intellectual property

Our content and brand

The site, its design, copy, brand assets, tools, calculators, and underlying systems are owned by Automation Labz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as described below.

License to your blueprints

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the blueprints we generate for you for your own internal business purposes. You may:

• Share the blueprint link or PDF with your team, advisors, or any partner you choose to engage.
• Print, save, and reference your blueprints internally.
• Use your blueprints as the basis for a request for proposals or similar procurement document.

You may not resell, white-label, sublicense, or otherwise present the blueprints as your own work or as the work of any other party, whether for profit or otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any unlawful activity.
• Submit a URL that you do not own or have permission to submit.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, user accounts, or our underlying infrastructure.
• Use any automated tool, bot, or script to access the service in a manner that exceeds normal human use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the service.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service, including by overloading it with requests or attempting to disrupt other users.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automation Labz disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that any specific automation will work for any specific business, that the information on the site is complete or current, or that any defect in the service will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Automation Labz, its officers, members, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the service, regardless of the cause of action or legal theory, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), or, where applicable law does not permit such a limitation, the minimum amount permitted by law. We note that the service is provided to you free of charge.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent that any such limitation is not permitted under the law of your jurisdiction, the limitation will apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Automation Labz and its principal, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of data we hold about you, email support@automationlabz.com as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or have abused the service. Audit URLs remain accessible until they expire under our retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Lake County, Illinois, or, where federal jurisdiction is proper, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Automation Labz regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the site for at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
