The service is free to businesses
Businesses pay nothing for the assessment, the evaluation, the recommendation, or provider introductions. There is no premium tier and no paid upgrade.
Providers pay a flat introduction fee
When a business approves a recommendation that includes outside implementation, and chooses to meet providers, qualified providers may pay Automation Labz a flat fee for that introduction.
The fee is for access to a qualified, properly scoped, business-approved opportunity. It is never a percentage of the project.
We do not earn more when a project becomes larger, more complex, or more expensive.
What provider fees do not buy
- Providers do not pay to influence the recommendation. The recommendation is completed before any provider is invited to participate.
- Providers do not pay to be recommended. We may recommend using software you already own, a simple integration, an established product, or taking no action at all. No provider is involved in those outcomes.
- Providers do not pay for your contact information. Nothing about your business is shared with any provider unless you approve a recommendation that includes outside help and choose to proceed.
What we will not claim
We will not tell you we have no financial interest. We do: we have an interest in making appropriate introductions when outside help is genuinely justified. What we do not have is an incentive to make your project bigger, your software stack larger, or your timeline longer. We do not sell software and we do not sell implementation.
You stay free the whole way
At every point, you remain free to hire an introduced provider, use a provider you already know, implement with your own team, delay the project, decline all proposals, or take no action. There is no obligation.
